Moringa Tea Recipes

Moringa tea or power beverages are an excellent way to add this super food into your daily diet. Here are a few great recipes to try.

Moringa Cold Fusion Tea

This is the basic cold tea recipe.

Fill 64 oz of water into a 2 quart non-reactive container, such as glass or stainless.

  • Add 2 tbsp. Moringa Leaf Powder
  • Sweeten to taste with agave or cane sugar.
  • For added flavor add ginger root slices or zest of lemon.
  • Shake container vigorously or whisk to blend.

The nutrients are released into the liquid.  Moringa will not totally dissolve, there will be a slight pulp resin. Consume the sediment, this is the good stuff.

Beverage can be kept in the refrigerator for up to 1 day for freshest results.  Must shake before using.
